Because no two homes are the same, you can choose between having the police, a Curtis-Elite Security Guard or both respond to your alarms... so no matter what, we've got you covered.
That being said, we would like to introduce our Alarm Response. It is an exclusive, rapid guard response service for customers who purchase a new monitored home security system or switch to Curtis-Elite Security!
Our Alarm Response is designed to have faster response times and save you money. It guarantees that you will
never have to pay a 'Guard Response Fee' or a 'Municipal False Alarm Fine' again!
Curtis-Elite is the only security company in Northern BC that responds to customer alarms with our very own licensed and bonded patrol guards. Within seconds of receiving an alarm signal from your home or business, a Curtis-Elite security specialist is dispatching one of our patrol cars. Because we are in constant radio contact with our guards, we can receive steady updates and relay them to our customers.
With the largest fleet of security patrol vehicles in Northern BC, you can rest easy because we're always on the lookout!

* Curtis-Elite Security Alarm Packages include alarm response by a Curtis-Elite Patrol Officer when the alarm system is installed in the Blue, Yellow, Red and Green Zones.
If you currently have a security alarm system in your home or business, monitoring packages are available that also include alarm response by a Curtis-Elite Patrol Officer in the Blue, Yellow, Red and Green Zones.
If you live in the Grey Zone call today for a custom designed alarm response program and rate.
Alarm response includes a maximum on-premise time of 30 minutes. If a Curtis-Elite Patrol Officer is required to stay on-site longer than 30 minutes, the customer will be billed at the Emergency Patrol Officer rate. These extra charges will only apply for time after initial 30 minutes and will be billed in 15 minute increments.
Emergency Patrol Officer Rate: $75.00/hr
