Account Information Update

Curtis-Elite Security asks that you update your account information with us approximately every three to six months.

This helps ensure that we are up to speed with all your family - or business - requirements and lets us stay in proper communication with you.

Please fill out the form below with your current account information, including names, e-mails and contact numbers. A Curtis-Elite Security account representative will contact you soon afterwards for additional confirmation!

Part A:  'Home Owner' Contact Information...

Please provide us with the appropriate information for 'Home Owner' contact individuals. These individuals include all people residing within the home (whoever has an alarm code), and additional people who have constant access (ie: house cleaners, nannies, etc).

Please put these contacts in PRIORITY ORDER so we know who we should be contacting first in the event of an alarm received from your home. Fields indicated with an asterisk (*) are required.
